Just because:

You can’t do that – if you mention it, you have to name names. So, come clean, what is this mystery CD?

Also, you can get 2GB SD cards from Microcenter for $22 and $27, respectively, in case you’re interested in getting any more.

hmm. I’ll think about naming names…

There were cheaper SD cards at Newegg as well, but I decided to go with a name brand and one that I’d had some luck with before. It probably doesn’t matter because they’re probably all made by the same place in China anyway, but who knows?

I’ve heard of people having problems with non sandisk or lexar flash memory. It’s worth an extra $10-$20 to know that your photos won’t be lost to cheap memory, though I would have gone with a faster sandisk card.

I’ve got a 1GB card from Microcenter in my camera and I haven’t had any problems with it. I’ve filled it once so far and it’s still going strong. That said, if I were leaving the country and wanted to make sure that I didn’t run into any problems, I’d probably go with a well-known brand, too.

    Re: comfort music

That wasn’t so hard, was it? Hey, I’m still pretty impressed–they sound pretty indie to me and I have NEVER heard of them. But I’m apparently lacking a whole facet of music in my listening oevre.
