pain, and not in the good way
This week’s triathlon training:
- Running: 6.7 miles
- Cycling: 18 miles
- Swimming: 2 miles
- Bricks: none
I had some knee pain this week. I think I’m going to take it easy, especially on the running for the the first half of the next week. If I try any, it’ll probably be on a softer surface like the track.
