the last eight days in pain
From Saturday to Saturday here is how I accelerated my heartbeat:
- 3x 2.6 mile runs
- 2x 2.0 mile runs
- 1x 0.5 mile swim (freestyle)
- 2x 2.0 mile walks (to, from walk)
- 1x 15 mile bike (with ~1500ft elevation gain)
I really hate running.
I also got stung by a bee on my finger on Thursday. It is still swollen.
