I originally meant to make this with the left-overs, only to discover that we went through our left over turkey very quickly so I didn't have any to make sandwiches with.

And not only that but I felt like I wanted them anyway, so I bought some turkey (I had the rest of the stuff already) at the deli and now I have thanksgiving sandwiches.

You do know that it's December, right?

I'm a huge fan of the thanksgiving wrap/burrito.

Turkey (of course), stuffing, and can-shaped cranberry sauce are required. The rest is up to taste - corn, green beans, mashed/sweet potatoes, beets (!@), or whatever else. Wrap it all up in a tortilla, and you're golden.
